Prefabricated concrete barriers should be made of precisely defined materials and their full thickness, so that the concrete is uniform and its quality complies with the national standard and requirements of ISIRI 17306.
The ratio of water/cement (W/C) should be limited to 0.4, the concrete produced must be vibrated and compacted enough even if we use high slump concrete to reach 5 n/mm2 (MPa) compressive strength and temperature at the mixing time should around 5 to 32°C.
